The Ledger Law Firm , a nationally recognized leader in personal injury law and digital justice innovation, is looking for a Head of AI & Marketing to spearhead our next chapter of growth.

This is your chance to own strategy, systems, and performance across SEO, SEM, web, content, and cutting-edge AI marketing tools — all while working remotely from Argentina , with U.S. leadership and full creative autonomy.

What You’ll Own

  • AI + Automation : Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, X.ai, and automation platforms to scale creative content, email, lead generation, and more.
  • WordPress Development : Build and manage high-converting WordPress sites and landing pages.
  • SEO & SEM Strategy : Drive page-one rankings and lead flow through technical SEO and Google Ads.
  • Performance Funnels : Architect and analyze automated marketing flows from ad to intake.
  • Analytics Mastery : Leverage tools like GA4, Tag Manager, and Hotjar to inform decisions.
  • Tool & Team Selection : Help build the AI marketing stack and shape the future of digital at Ledger.

Who You Are

  • A hybrid marketer-technologist fluent in both AI tools and traditional marketing platforms.
  • Experienced in building and scaling digital campaigns across high-intent industries (legal, health, finance, etc.).
  • You’ve created real business impact using LLMs , automation , and performance media .
  • Based in Argentina or nearby LATAM regions, fluent in English, and excited to collaborate across time zones.

  • Experience with custom GPT, API integrations, or scripting (Python / JS).
  • Strong UI / UX instincts and CRO testing experience.
  • Legal, insurance, or regulated industry marketing experience.
