What the Job Entails :

  • Conduct outbound calls with potential customers and partners, engaging them in meaningful conversations about insurance solutions.
  • Present and explain Allianz insurance products (such as health, travel, and property insurance) tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide accurate and transparent information , guiding customers toward the best coverage options for their situation.
  • Manage leads and follow up proactively to ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with your team and supervisors to continuously improve your communication, sales, and advisory skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (C1 or higher) — this is essential for communicating effectively with customers.
  • Good command of English for internal communication and training.
  • A passion for customer interaction, sales, and advisory work , with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus, but not required.
  • Confidence in outbound calling and explaining complex information in a clear, friendly way.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help people.
