We are looking for a design-focused Creative Director to lead and elevate the quality of our marketing creative across multiple touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of hands‑on design expertise, creative leadership, and client collaboration.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Creative Director will oversee the development of marketing assets including websites, digital advertising, presentations, whitepapers, and other marketing materials. The role also involves managing and coordinating a distributed team of remote designers to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
This position is highly design-oriented. The focus is on providing clear, constructive design feedback and maintaining a high standard of execution across marketing deliverables. This is not a role centered on high‑level conceptual storytelling or large‑scale advertising campaigns.
The Creative Director will act as the primary client-facing partner during creative reviews, presentations, and requirement clarifications, ensuring alignment between client expectations, brand standards, and final outputs.
