About the Opportunity

CSS is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Sales Consulting Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team in Latin America. In this role, you will be instrumental in making customer transformation a reality by ensuring they leverage the full potential of Oracle Cloud capabilities. You will lead and manage a specific sub-region, guiding customers to achieve success and unlock the transformative power of Oracle technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers in the sub-region.
  • Deeply understand customers' business challenges and goals, leveraging data and analytics to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Recommend and position customized Oracle service solutions to address each customer's specific needs, utilizing AI-powered insights for more targeted recommendations and maximizing the value of their Oracle Cloud investment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve booking growth and innovation goals.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Oracle services, leveraging AI-powered insights to suggest relevant solutions that can further propel customer transformation journeys.
  • Work very closely with Sales as one team, Customer Management, Support Engineering, and Product to ensure customer success.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and the latest CSS service offerings.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Consulting or Solution Architecture in Cloud Companies.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions (OCI & SaaS) or 3rd party (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Great story telling skills, connecting with customer business needs and objectives.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding service sales and adoption goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience motivating and coaching teams.
  • Experience using data analysis tools and techniques to gain insights from customer data.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in a customer success context is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical / functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and / or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
