We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our dynamic Professional Services team as an Engagement Manager. You will manage a portfolio of key clients, driving the adoption of BioCatch's Behavioral Biometric solutions to deliver positive business outcomes. Your role involves defining strategic directions, collaborating with clients to solve problems, and partnering with Strategic Account Managers to identify new opportunities for leveraging BioCatch data and services to prevent cybercrime. You will present tailored solutions to diverse audiences, from executives to business owners, maintaining your role as a trusted advisor through ongoing engagement. This position primarily focuses on top-tier Financial Institutions in Latin America, including Brazil.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Manage risks to the effectiveness of the BioCatch solution for strategic clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for consulting, incident reporting, and escalation, collaborating with Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analysts, and Data Scientists.
  • Communicate client expectations to the Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams during project execution.
  • Lead project teams through customer issues by identifying solutions, executing plans, and informing stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with clients to update on product releases, gather feedback, and encourage early adoption of new features.
  • Advocate for clients internally within BioCatch, managing escalations and representing client interests.
  • Lead and deliver Customer Business Reviews to top executives, discussing achievements, goals, and project timelines.
  • Provide updates on customer status and KPIs to internal teams.
  • Work with Strategic Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Promote the BioCatch solution through conference presentations and personal branding in cybersecurity.
  • Assist in organizing BioCatch events, ensuring client participation.
  • Manage compliance documentation and client requests regarding BioCatch information.
  • Oversee project coordination, ensuring adherence to schedules and scope for new use cases.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and track milestones and risks.
  • Coach team members and provide performance feedback.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work, validating technical feasibility and effort estimates.
  • Support escalations related to production incidents with support teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or related technology sectors with top-tier clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field; candidates with other degrees will be considered based on experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative, data analysis, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, manage conflicts, and perform under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong negotiation skills.
