We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative who can effectively engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and promote and close deals. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, confident in both English and Spanish, and has a natural talent for building trust and closing deals.
Working Hours : Will be following the US Timezone
Rate : Range between $7-$9 / hour (Depending on experience)
Language Requirement : Fluent in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively generate leads and follow up with potential residents.
- Conduct property tours (in-person or virtual) and present units in a compelling way.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain a deep understanding of property features, pricing, and availability.
- Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and referral networks.
- Assist in lease signings and move-in coordination.
- Work with the property management team to meet occupancy goals.
- Accurately maintain CRM and leasing records.
Requirements
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required .3++ years of sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of the Texas rental market is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.Comfortable using property management software or CRM tools.
