Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
• Proven 1-2 years of previous experience in medical administration or healthcare support roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical billing processes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.
• Availability to work California timezone - 30 hrs per week. After 3 months, willing to translate to full time.
• Owns a dual monitor set up + noise cancelling head set
