We’re looking for a full-cycle US Healthcare Recruiter to help us grow a high-impact clinical team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top clinical talent—primarily Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—who deliver in-home support to children and families across the U.S.

🔍 Clinical Talent Sourcing
Identify and engage qualified RBTs and BCBAs across multiple marketsUse platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and local job boardsBuild creative sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles or remote areasMaintain outreach momentum and test different messaging and timing strategies✅ Candidate Management
Screen inbound applicants and conduct outreach to cold leadsCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, and background checks as neededEnsure candidates are moved quickly and efficiently through each hiring stageCommunicate clearly with candidates about role expectations, pay, and onboarding steps🛠️ Tools & Reporting
Maintain clean records in the ATS and / or CRMTrack outreach performance and hiring metricsHelp build SOPs, outreach templates, and documentationRecommend tools and processes that help reduce time-to-hire✅ Who You Are
Proven experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals in the U.S.Familiar with RBT or BCBA pipelines (or similar licensure-focused recruiting)Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Organized, fast-moving, and self-directed—you don’t wait for instructionsTech-savvy and comfortable working across ATS, sourcing tools, and spreadsheets🏅 Bonus : Experience with ABA, in-home healthcare, or licensed direct care roles📩 How to Apply
