The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization and is key to our strategic growth. You will provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements and developing strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, engaging with C-suite executives on business and IT transformations that impact the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth by building strong client relationships and leading your team to success. The role requires industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will also lead client engagement, deliver high-quality work alongside senior stakeholders, and support post-deal implementation and execution, focusing on financial impact, utilization, client impact, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
  • Support growth and profitability, manage margins, and oversee backlog growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert business development opportunities.
  • Negotiate scope and fees, ensuring profitability and risk management.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and securing references.
  • Achieve utilization targets and oversee delivery of complex engagements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development, curiosity, and innovation within the team.
  • Shape and drive strategic initiatives, aligning with Kyndryl’s vision, and develop thought leadership.

Who You Are

You possess extensive experience in client engagement at the CXO level, with expertise in the mining, energy, banking, or financial services sectors. You have a proven track record of leading complex projects, driving revenue growth, managing margins, and supporting high-value business development. Your industry knowledge, personal brand, and ability to innovate and lead change are strong assets. You are growth-minded, customer-focused, inclusive, and committed to personal and professional development.
