Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies.
- Present and promote the services our company offers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest.
- Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals.
