Technical Requirements

Must Have

  • Next.js 14 + TypeScript + React 18
  • Experience with complex RBAC systems , including :
  • Multi-layered security ( UI → Middleware → API → Database )
  • Role hierarchy and multi-tenant data isolation
  • Centralized permission management
  • Solid PostgreSQL literacy (schema comprehension, query optimization)
  • Testing experience with Vitest + Playwright
  • Proven use of Claude Code as the primary development tool

Our Stack

  • Frontend : Next.js, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI
  • Auth & State : NextAuth.js, React Query, React Table, React Hook Form + Zod
  • Database : PostgreSQL (shared across 4 applications)
  • Architecture : SecureQueryBuilder with role-based query filtering, middleware route protection, centralized navigation
  • Testing : Vitest + Playwright
  • Tooling : Comprehensive package.json with 27+ scripts

    • Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years of experience building production-grade React / Next.js applications
  • Strong TypeScript and security-first mindset
  • Hands-on experience with RBAC and multi-tenant systems
  • Comfortable navigating and understanding large, existing codebases
  • Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative in a remote-first setting
  • Claude Code proficiency (required)

    • Main Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a sophisticated Next.js dashboard , maintaining and extending its features.
  • Debug and troubleshoot access control issues in a highly granular RBAC system.
  • Build and optimize interfaces leveraging our Tailwind + Radix design system.
  • Integrate with PostgreSQL (read schemas, optimize queries, no new schema design).
  • Ensure code quality with a robust testing suite (Vitest + Playwright).
  • Collaborate with product and technical leadership while working independently.
