BA Global Talent is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth within the creative and tech industries. You’ll be a key player in spotting opportunities, initiating conversations, and closing deals with brands, agencies, and technology partners. This position blends the proactive lead-hunting of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with the strategic deal-closing skills of a seasoned Sales Executive. If you understand how to connect creativity with commercial results, you’ll feel right at home here. Experience in design, or a strong grasp of design-led solutions, will give you an edge.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Actively identify and approach potential clients in creative, design, and technology sectors.
  • Relationship Development : Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Strategic Sales Planning : Work with leadership to refine target market approaches, positioning, and messaging.
  • Pipeline Management : Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing, keeping the CRM accurate and up to date.
  • Pitching & Presentations : Create tailored proposals and deliver impactful presentations that address client needs.
  • Market Awareness : Keep an eye on trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration : Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client goals.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years in business development, SDR, or sales within creative and / or tech industries.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Solid understanding of creative processes, design thinking, and / or tech-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Able to adapt to confidently engage with creative directors and CTOs alike.
  • Nice to have :

  • Background in design (agency, studio, or corporate) or a design-related qualification.
  • Established network within creative agencies, tech firms, or design-led companies.
  • Experience selling SaaS, creative services, or solutions that merge technology and design.
