How will you help us make an impact?

We're seeking exceptional engineers who can bridge the gap between Salesforce's capabilities and our ambitious platform vision.

This isn't a traditional Salesforce role — we're looking for engineers who can both master Salesforce's constraints and break free from them when needed.

You will be at the forefront of building government technology that can reach 100+ million US and CDN citizens.

You will have the opportunity to work in a niche role that allows you to build off-platform, without being confined within Salesforce.

You won't be stuck on regular accounts but will be building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Reporting to our Team Leads, the Senior Salesforce Engineer will play a key role in supporting large-scale initiatives that have a complex set of features, such as the most recently announced Clariti Enterprise project for the City of LA. In the day to day, you will lead technical design discussions, mentor our junior team members and delegate tasks to ensure projects are meeting significant milestones.

You will be responsible for implementing best practices, optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability for enterprise-level deployments. You'll also be willing to roll up your sleeves, try new processes, provide feedback and support the team through change.

• Architect and develop complex Salesforce solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for enterprise-level deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to enhance our product
