Objetivos del Puesto

  • Responsable de todas las fases del proyecto, de complejidades media / alta; interactuar como único punto de contacto hacia otros proyectos. Tomar proyectos desde la constitución del acta hasta la implementación final. Ser el nexo con todas las áreas afectadas incluyendo usuarios finales, IT y del negocio. Definir alcance y objetivos. Ejecutar detalladamente el plan de trabajo, cronogramas, estimaciones, plan de recursos y reportes de estatus. Asegurar la adherencia del proyecto a los estándares de calidad y rever los entregables. Recomendar y tomar acciones para analizar y solucionar los problemas. Ser un guía técnico al equipo de proyecto.

Responsabilidades

  • Poseer un alto conocimiento en las herramientas de gestión de proyectos
  • Compartir conocimientos y participar como tutor dentro de las áreas de conocimiento
  • Realizar presentaciones tanto verbales como escritas orientadas al staff ejecutivo, hacia el sponsor del negocio como al staff técnico asegurando que se entienda el estatus y los riesgos que pudieran afectar al éxito del proyecto
  • Desarrollar el plan de proyecto y determinar necesidades de recursos
  • Asignar responsabilidades y gestionar los recursos dentro del proyecto
  • Será responsable por el éxito del proyecto
  • Revisará el estatus del proyecto y entregables para optimizar costos

    • Requisitos

  • Título de grado en carreras de Licenciatura / Ingeniería de Sistemas, Marketing
  • 3 o más años de experiencia como PM
  • Experiencia en el seguimiento de varios proyecto a la vez
  • Certificación PMP o haber realizado el curso (no excluyente)
  • Experiencia en el uso de algún CRM
  • Experiencia en el uso del sistema Cisco para Teleconferencias
  • Idiomas inglés fluido, portugués es un plus
