About the Role

Simetrik seeking a strategic and operationally driven Director of Post Sales Services to lead the delivery of client implementations, optimize financial controls, and drive customer success within our fintech ecosystem. This role will ensure client portfolios are managed with precision, financial capabilities are maximized, and the Professional Services team is aligned to deliver measurable business impact, including revenue growth, client expansion, and profitability.

The ideal candidate possesses expertise in financial services, payments, or banking operations, complemented by proven leadership skills in team management, process optimization, and developing high-performing client partnerships.

What you will do :

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they understand and leverage operational and financial controls to strengthen their business operations.
  • Prioritize and manage client portfolios to ensure the successful adoption of solutions and achieve positive business outcomes.
  • Influence client awareness of financial and operational controls to enhance long-term financial capability.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to expand client engagements and drive installed base and pipeline growth.

Practice Development

  • Design new service lines and enablement packages that accelerate adoption and reduce implementation timelines.
  • Evolve the services practice toward a model of excellence, consolidating methodologies and capabilities that strengthen Simetrik’s position in the industry.
  • Ensure the professional services practice is scalable and fully aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Operational Leadership & Delivery

  • Organize and influence operations to ensure the successful implementation and seamless transition of processes between teams, maintaining efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Lead professional services operations to ensure Simetrik is successfully activated and adopted across assigned regions.
  • Monitor and control operational activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and reflect required quality standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team by setting clear goals and holding team members accountable for results.
  • Analyze team performance in relation to client capabilities and regional success metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Optimize team performance and organizational values through coaching and development opportunities that deliver optimal returns.
  • Business Impact

  • Drive revenue growth through the effective execution of professional services and client expansion.
  • Ensure projects contribute to overall profitability and regional financial performance.
  • Provide leadership with insights and reporting on portfolio health, client adoption, and financial performance.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, client delivery, or operations leadership roles, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, operational risk, and complex business needs across client industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through client implementations and operational transitions.
  • Proven ability to influence client stakeholders and expand customer engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred Background

  • Banking, payments, finance, or operational control experience.
  • Track record of scaling professional services or client delivery functions in a high-growth company.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial and operational insights to client success.
