Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Area Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team development skills, a deep understanding of client relationship management, and the ability to create and implement effective account strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.
- Create and implement account strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in these sectors.
- Manage client relationships and negotiate effectively to meet client expectations in the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.
- Analyze and interpret sales data from these industries to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to influence organizational change within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments sector.
- Define sales strategies for key markets in the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries and drive organizational revenue goals.
- Provide guidance on deal structuring and support junior Account Executives by sharing best practices relevant to these industries.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.Strong financial forecasting and strategic resource allocation skills relevant to these sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Visionary thinker with innovative business solutions tailored to the Retail, Restaurant, and Payments industries.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Skills and Competencies
