Overview

Grow revenue of a high‑growth digital media or tech mobility property while leading administrative, operational, and creative functions.

Responsibilities

Set sales vision and strategy to hit ambitious revenue goals.
Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align sales objectives with overall company strategy.
Drive revenue growth through new and existing product offerings across multiple channels.
Oversee cross‑functional areas such as product, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and customer success.

Qualifications

Proven experience building and scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Deep understanding of digital media or technology markets and the ability to translate that into actionable sales strategies.

Experience working in a startup or high‑growth environment with cross‑functional collaboration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
