Key Account Manager (Talent Pool)

About this role

Own and grow strategic accounts : renewals, upsell / cross-sell, executive alignment, and multi-country coordination.

What you’ll do

  • Build account plans; run QBRs with C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Drive renewals and expansion motions; coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Escalation and risk management; ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Governance : SLA / SoW / Change Orders; margin awareness.

What you bring

  • 5+ years in KAM / Enterprise AM for B2B solutions.
  • Executive communication; complex deal orchestration.
  • English B2+ mandatory.
  • Nice to have

  • Global programs & multi-language environments.
  • Location

    Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid.
