About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-scaling cross-border payments company operating across Latin America. Backed by recent M&A momentum and aggressive growth targets, we are hiring the company's

first-ever Chief Operating Officer (COO)

to

build, optimize and lead operations across multiple countries.

You will be the

CEO's right hand

, owning the critical transition from founder-led operations to a scalable, structured, and efficient organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and scale core operations :

payment processing, onboarding, treasury, compliance, fraud prevention

, customer support, and merchant success.

, collaborating closely with sales, product, and tech to ensure successful API integrations and seamless payment journeys.

, including country managers and operational leads. Build cadence, set standards, and increase accountability across markets.

What We're Looking For

payments, fintech, or digital banking

, ideally in multi-country LATAM settings.

payment operations, merchant onboarding, KYC, compliance, and / or treasury functions.
