JOB SUMMARY

As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and messaging of Unicoin. You will lead our creative team, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Creative Leadership : Set the creative vision and strategy for all brand communications, including marketing campaigns, social media, and digital content.
  • Team Management : Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
  • Brand Development : Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Campaign Development : Conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Project Management : Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align creative efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
