Base.com is a global SaaS platform that helps e-commerce sellers automate and manage their operations across multiple channels. We connect sales channels (e.g. Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre), ERPs, and shipping providers into one powerful system. After proving our model in Brazil, Europe, and the U.S., we’re now expanding in Argentina.

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding of new customers in Argentina. You’ll work closely with merchants to understand their operational flows and help configure their Base.com environment quickly and effectively.

This is a key role to ensure every client has a strong start and unlocks the value of Base from day one.

Experience

3+ years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or consulting at a SaaS or e-commerce company.

Strong knowledge of integrations with platforms like Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre, and ERPs.

Understanding of e-commerce workflows and ability to map them to system configurations.

Comfort with APIs, system configuration, and basic scripting concepts.

Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment processes (WMS, pick & pack, etc.

Organized, proactive, and hands-on problem-solver with strong execution skills.

Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers.

Based in Argentina.

Tasks

Own the onboarding process for new customers—from kickoff to go-live.

Set up integrations with sales channels (Tiendanube, Shopify, Mercado Libre), ERPs, and logistics partners.

Understand each merchant’s operational workflow and tailor configurations accordingly.

Support customers during the first weeks to ensure proper usage and adoption.

Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate bugs or feature requests, and ensure resolution.

Help document implementation processes and contribute to improving onboarding playbooks.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success teams.
