Associate Director Of Paid Social role at Power Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pod (3+ team members) and oversee delivery of high-quality work for client accounts within the pod.
- Coach and develop team members through mentoring, feedback, and skill development; drive progression in careers.
- Handle complex client accounts with strategic thinking, timely communication, and strong execution.
- Drive client growth and innovate channel strategies; continuously improve team skills.
- Lead and act as a point of escalation for strategy and account performance; diagnose issues and facilitate solutions.
- Proactively craft solutions to create effective working dynamics and synergies within the pod.
- Ensure delivery of top-tier product for the book of business; monitor performance, sentiment, and retention.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem relevant to the department.
- Act as a key leader on designated accounts and contribute to account strategy at senior levels.
Role Requirements
Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.3+ years of experience in performance media buying, preferably in a digital or media agency (inclusive of 1.5+ years in performance media buying on Meta).2+ years of E-commerce experience.Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions.Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for knowledge and personal growth; strong enthusiasm and creativity for paid social and client work.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
