A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Conduct outbound sales calls, use digital tools to prospect and generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Effectively manage remotely the assigned sales territories, identify potential customers, and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
  • Remotely sell Medtronic's product and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products while executing marketing product campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and other documentation in the CRM software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, among others.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements

  • High School studies, bachelors degree desirable
  • One or two years of experience in the commercial area in health companies
  • Microsoft office
  • Management of platforms
  • Basic English level
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in remote sales in health companies
