The Role :

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment of highly available applications. The ideal candidate will be a Java developer who is comfortable handling new challenges involving emerging technologies. They will be able to address mission-critical application diagnostics and troubleshooting.

The role will drive architectural decisions that ensure our systems scale efficiently, mentor our engineering team to accelerate overall productivity, and establish best practices that reduce technical debt while improving code quality. The expertise this role provides will directly impact on our ability to deliver reliable, high-performance products while building the technical foundation necessary for sustainable organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute at a senior level to a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of critical business applications
• Work within Agile software development methodologies
• Create and maintain technical design documentation
• Conduct research, analysis, coding, debugging, and testing
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented development environment
• Perform QA testing on all code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
• Demonstrate strong time management skills
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain a consistent focus on delivering high-quality outputs on schedule
