We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to help our clients stay organized, efficient, and focused on growth.
This role goes beyond task execution — the assistant will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate communications, and ensure workflows run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy, with strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Organize files, documents, and data in shared systems (Google Drive, Notion, or ClickUp)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Assist with customer inquiries and basic client communications
- Support marketing or social media tasks (posting, engagement, tracking)
Requirements
1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative roleExcellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher)Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel / Sheets, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom)Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUpStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitaskReliable internet connection and professional remote setupPositive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn
