We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will be the voice of the company to the customers. You'll handle everything from order updates to packaging guidance, primarily through HubSpot tickets and live chat, with phone calls as needed for complex issues or personal follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via HubSpot (email, live chat, tickets) with speed and empathy
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for clarifications, escalations, and relationship building
- Troubleshoot order issues, product questions, and platform navigation
- Collaborate across teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Maintain detailed records and ensure every customer feels valued and supported
- Meet response time targets and quality metrics
Requirements
2+ years customer support experience (B2B or ecommerce preferred)Excellent written and verbal English communication (minimal accent preferred for phone calls)Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM / ticketing systemsCalm under pressure with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize effectivelyBonus : Experience with packaging, shipping, or e-commerce operationsBenefits
