What You’ll Do
- Content Marketing & Community Management : Create compelling content (blog, case studies, newsletters, social media, SEO) and build an online community of teacher advocates.
- Demand Generation : Execute multi‑channel digital campaigns (email, social, webinars) to generate MQLs; design email drip for free users.
- Product‑Led Growth & Analytics : Analyze user data to identify friction points and growth opportunities; optimize referral programs.
- Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement : Manage MarTech stack, create sales assets (copy, one‑pagers, case studies), and report on KPIs.
Requirements
Native‑level English – exceptional written and verbal communication.1–3+ years core marketing experience in digital marketing, content creation, community management, or demand generation.Direct K‑12 / EdTech experience : former K‑12 teacher or marketing to US teachers / schools at an EdTech SaaS.Self‑motivated startup DNA; comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.Tech‑savvy : proficient with SaaS and GenAI tools.Bonus Points
Experience with Product‑Led Growth strategies.Marketing to curriculum directors or school administrators.Former English / Humanities teacher turned marketer.Benefits
