We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee our company's business operations and report to the CEO. You will ensure the company has effective operational and delivery procedures in place. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. You will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. Do you have what it takes?

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
• Oversee operations, delivery, and partner with the CEO in sales management.
• Drive the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
• Employ various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
• Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
• Collect and analyse data that enable accurate decision making.
• Remove operational roadblocks in the company - letting people do what they've been hired for.
• Manage and evaluate performance of internal teams.
