One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Argentina .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-stack engineer to join a fast-growing tech startup that’s redefining how businesses streamline their operations. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be building workflow automation and productivity tools for a B2B platform, working with modern technologies across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong software development fundamentals, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about driving efficiency through clean, scalable code. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into solutions, while mentoring others and setting the bar for engineering excellence.

Accountabilities :

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications focused on automating workflows and improving business efficiency.
Write clean, scalable code using modern languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
Build intuitive user interfaces with frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
Architect backend systems using Node.js or similar technologies, ensuring performance and scalability.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features aligned with customer needs.
Implement and optimize KPIs for performance, system uptime, and delivery velocity.
Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development, with proven full-stack capabilities.

Strong proficiency in at least two of the following : Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Rust, Erlang, or TypeScript.

Solid experience with React.js or Vue.js for frontend development.

Deep understanding of backend development using Node.js or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in a US-based startup and / or larger tech company is highly desirable.

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
