We’re on the hunt for a proactive, empathetic, and sharp Talent Success Partner who knows how to build real trust. Someone with the right mix of psychology, people instinct, and business awareness. Someone who can turn tough conversations into growth, spot risks before they become problems, and make sure our talent feels part of something bigger.

This is not an admin role. This is about reducing churn, increasing engagement, and multiplying impact for talent, clients, and Workana as a whole.

What you’ll do

• Build strong relationships with talent, making sure they feel supported, engaged, and connected.
• Run regular 1 : 1s with talent to monitor climate, satisfaction, and performance.
• Spot early warning signs of disengagement and act before they escalate.
• Share insights with Account Managers and BDMs to detect bottlenecks and uncover new opportunities.
• Create reports and climate insights that help leadership see risks and trends clearly.
• Foster a supportive, high-performance environment where talent grows and thrives.
