Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coach direct reports across Authorization, Operations, Compliance, and Intake teamsOversee hiring, onboarding, credentialing, and performance management of RNs and LPNsEnsure audit readiness, document quality, and regulatory complianceMaintain and expand key referral, physician, and hospital relationshipsReview and optimize lead response time, intake flow, and conversionManage daily operating cadence and approve go‑live scheduling decisionsOwn weekly hours forecasting, payroll accuracy, and financial guardrailsDevelop and monitor KPI dashboards, leading corrective actions as neededProven team leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance managementStrong communication and relationship‑building skills with families, physicians, and partnersFluent English (spoken and written)Proficiency in data tracking, dashboard reporting, and KPI‑based decision‑makingExperience managing compliance or operational auditsPreferred Qualifications
Background in clinical staffing management (RN / LPN, PDN, PCS)Experience in SMB or startup operationsFamiliarity with credentialing systems, EVV, and Medicaid workflowsTools Used
