Key Responsibilities
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within your department.
- Establish client‑centric communication by hosting monthly one‑on‑one check‑ins with key decision makers.
- Guide the account team with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities and translate learnings into actionable reporting.
- Use overlapping datasets to refine marketing decisions, prioritize business metrics, and apply incrementality when needed.
- Lead contract renewal strategy and proposal development alongside the Account Manager to extend client partnerships.
- Identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio totaling a minimum of $175K in monthly recurring revenue.
- Lead by example, practice servant leadership, and provide timely, specific feedback to up‑level existing client services.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, ideally in an agency.Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores.Extensive experience with CRM or Marketing Operations platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot).Ability to discuss business‑level metrics such as LTV : CAC, MER, etc.Campaign leadership skills for end‑to‑end development, including strategy, segmentation, targeting, in a multi‑channel environment.Quick rapport building and relationship development with executive‑level contacts.Desire to function as both a marketing and business consultant for clients.Highly dependable, self‑starter with high energy, positive attitude, good organization, and time‑management skills.Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for problem‑solving, continued learning, and personal development.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
