Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Role Overview : The Strategic Finance Manager will be a pivotal player at testRigor, bridging the gap between financial performance and strategic decision-making. You'll be responsible for robust financial planning, insightful business analysis, and actively contributing to company-wide strategy, organizational building, and critical fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Financial Reporting & Management : Own the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to leadership, supporting critical decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the development and management of the company's operating budget and dynamic financial forecasts. Collaborate closely with department heads to build detailed plans and track performance against targets.
• Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for various business scenarios, including revenue projections, expense analysis, unit economics, and profitability assessments for new initiatives.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor and project company cash flow, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to optimize liquidity and working capital.
• Process Improvement : Continuously identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as we grow.
