We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Operations Manager based in Argentina to lead and optimize influencer marketing operations across multiple regions, including Europe, LATAM, US, UK, and APAC. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational expertise, experience managing complex campaigns globally, and the ability to scale processes while mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Do
Lead and optimize the operational execution of global influencer marketing campaigns.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve campaign workflows, creator onboarding, contract management, and payment processes.
Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure campaigns meet timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Mentor junior operations and campaign team members, providing guidance on best practices and process improvements.
Implement tools and systems to streamline campaign management, reporting, and collaboration across regions.
Support strategic planning for global campaigns, aligning operations with business objectives and growth goals.

Salary
$20,000 to $40,000 per year, depending on experience and scope of responsibilities.
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing operations, campaign management, or program management.
Proven experience managing operations for campaigns across multiple international markets.
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms, creator management tools, and campaign analytics.
Deep understanding of influencer marketing trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Twitch, and Kick.com.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
