A Day in the Life

Medtronic is seeking a Director of Capital Equipment & Sales Services Latam to lead market analysis, develop innovative solutions, and ensure a deep understanding of the legislation across various countries in the region. This role is critical for delivering value-added solutions that integrate after-sales services, warranties, and spare parts, maximizing customer satisfaction and market impact.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify priorities and focus areas for capital equipment.
  • Develop innovative solutions tailored to market needs, beyond Medtronic's internal directives.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, considering variations in equipment import and export regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the after-sales team to include warranties and spare parts in value propositions.
  • Lead and coordinate communication and collaboration with Latam subregions.
  • Drive disruptive strategies for capital equipment sales.

  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in market analysis and developing innovative solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of legislation across various countries in Latam.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across different areas of the company.
  • Strategic influence, charisma, and relationship-building capabilities with other Medtronic regions.
  • Languages : Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese (preferred).
