Senior Financial 4863 - Analyst, Strategy & Planning – Integrated Services (Contractor through Deel)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join the Strategy & Planning team within Compass’s Integrated Services organization. This role will play a critical part in supporting financial analysis and strategic decision-making across our three Integrated Services business lines : Title & Escrow (T&E), Concierge, and Mortgage . The Analyst will support three members of the Strategy & Planning team and initially focus most heavily on T&E and Concierge reporting, while also driving value through ad hoc analysis that supports broader strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Concierge Financial Management : Manage financial operations for the Concierge program. This includes owning the monthly funding process, forecasting cash flows, P&L management, and ensuring accurate accounting and credit disclosures.
• T&E Reporting : Build and deliver recurring monthly financial and operational reporting packages for Integrated Services leadership and our T&E partners, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
• Forecasting & Analysis : Manage and refine financial forecasts for eight legacy T&E partners, collaborating with partner leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis : Execute analyses in support of attach strategy, FP&A priorities, and Corporate Development initiatives. Synthesize findings into clear recommendations for business leaders.
