Chatbot / Conversational AI Developer

In this role, you will design and implement intelligent conversational agents capable of understanding user intent and providing accurate, context-aware responses across multiple channels. You will work on both text and voice-based solutions, integrating chatbots with backend systems, CRM platforms, and knowledge bases. Using state-of-the-art NLP techniques and large language models, your work will enhance customer experiences, streamline internal workflows, and drive business outcomes. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, and Azure Bot Service.
• Implement LLM-based conversational agents, leveraging technologies like GPT and Claude.
• Train Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve intent recognition and entity extraction.
• Integrate chatbots with CRM systems, APIs, and backend databases to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement sentiment analysis, emotion detection, and voice-enabled interaction through IVR systems.
• Create analytics dashboards to monitor conversational performance and optimize responses.
• Ensure multi-language support and continuous improvement of chatbot capabilities.
