Social Media Manager (eCommerce)

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in eCommerce to lead our brand’s presence across social platforms. This role requires someone who understands the full customer journey online, is fluent in performance marketing strategies, and can create compelling content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for an eCommerce brand or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of social commerce , platform algorithms, and the customer buying journey.
• Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite (or other eCommerce platforms), Google Analytics, and content creation / editing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
