About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. As a core member of our development group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, high-stakes projects that push the boundaries of technology. From designing scalable applications to optimizing existing systems, youll play a critical role in developing custom software solutions that help our clients achieve their most ambitious goals.

What to Expect in This Role + Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices

Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Ensure clean code practices : TDD, performance, and security

Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews

Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a backend developer

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring / Spring Boot

Experience with microservices , REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL, JPA / Hibernate)

Familiarity with version control tools ( Git )

Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (preferably AWS )

Knowledge of NoSQL databases

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

Experience in financial industry projects

Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
