JOB DESCRIPTION
The PMO - One Company Project Lead will play a vital role in managing the execution of the One Company Program. This person will report directly to the Program Manager of One Company. They will ensure delivery of strategic benefits while staying within timeline constraints. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with an understanding of project management methodologies.
What You Will Do :
A PMO works directly with the Program Manager, to facilitate the successful deployment of the One Company initiatives.
Program Support and Execution :
- Maintain, update and educate on PMO tools and procedures to enable success of workstreams.
- Maintain and report status on a consolidated RAID (risks, actions, issues, and decisions) log.
- Work across teams to identify, track, and manage key dependencies.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with leaders by summarizing and reporting on project updates and issues.
- Responsible for onboarding new One Company teammates, enabling them with collaboration tools, managing administration and access to key documents.
- Partner with Functions, readiness, talent, and communication teams around the globe to assist in successful project completion.
- Communicate and interact effectively with team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with stakeholders, and team members.
Executive and Program Reviews :
Assist in preparing for executive reviews, presenting program performance, and key decisions.Assist in regular program and project reviews, assessing progress, addressing challenges, risks, and dependencies.Ensure clear agendas, templates, and reporting formats are prepared for all reviews.Effectively manage tracking tools to ensure actionable outcomes are generated with assigned owners and deadlines.Minimum Qualifications :
3 - 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, global environmentBachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or equivalentPreferred Qualifications :
