WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.
- WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.
- This is a remote Contract / Consultancy position.
- Generally, working hours will be 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.

Overview :
In this role, you will handle personal and administrative matters for WBL’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This includes managing household operations and logistics for multiple properties, handling financial matters, facilitation and coordination of calendars / meeting scheduling, making travel arrangements, and handling ad hoc projects and needs as requested. Exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and excellent judgment will be essential as you liaise with internal and external parties to ensure seamless functioning of the CEO’s schedule, and personal and work-related matters.
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zonesScreen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests for the CEOCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international tripsPrepare documents, presentations, and briefing materials ahead of meetingsTake notes during key meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action itemsAnticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or gapsSupport in organizing off-site meetings, company-wide events, and executive leadership sessionsAssist with personal tasks as needed, maintaining a high level of trust and discretionOversee 3 households, handling all maintenance and operational mattersExecute complex and detailed travel arrangements (including scheduling and managing of car services and, on occasion, flight and hotel accommodations), including preparing itineraries and compiling necessary documentsHandle expense reporting, invoice processing and other financial mattersOther projects and duties as assignedRequirements
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executivesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting (or related field of study), or equivalent experienceExceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperativeProven experience managing complex calendars and logistics across time zonesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficientlyDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, and TeamsComfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environmentMust be sharp, polished, professional and resourcefulImpeccable diligence and attention to detail is requiredMust be flexible, nimble and adaptable to frequent changes to schedules / prioritiesFinancial analysis skills, including maintaining financial matters, budgets and expenses, requiredStrong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills, including planning, project management, troubleshooting and task facilitationMust be proactive with a strong work ethic and high energy levelAbility to multitask and complete all projects within designated timeframesEvening / weekend "on call" availability requiredBenefits
