Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Content Manager with strong copywriting skills to join our Customer Service department. This role is ideal for someone who can transform complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content across multiple platforms. Applying for this position, you will be facilitating Customer Journey by precise and concise content, structuring all the content in a way end users can go through easily without efforts of support agents.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit articles for the company’s Help Centers based on provided information.Format content in a clear, easy-to-understand, and visually appealing way.Create and edit screenshots to effectively illustrate processes within articles.Produce step-by-step tutorial videos to guide customers through various procedures.Develop high-quality content for AI-powered agents.Create and optimize chatbot content to improve customer interaction and support.Ensure all texts are properly edited, proofread, and formatted for readability and consistency.Requirements
Proven experience in content management and copywriting.Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.Proficiency in creating visual aids (screenshots, step-by-step guides, video tutorials).Strong understanding of content structure for self-service support platforms.English level : C1+ (near-native proficiency in writing and editing).Russian Language C1+ is a plus.A second foreign language (Spanish or Chinese preferred) is a strong advantage.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality content consistently.Preferred Skills
Experience working with Help Centers, Knowledge Bases, or similar platforms in trading, i-gaming industryFamiliarity with chatbot and AI agent content creation.Basic video editing and screen recording software knowledge.Strong attention to detail (formatting, spelling, punctuation) and a customer-first mindset.Creating marketing-oriented pitches and texts will be a plus.Ability to work cross function and demonstrate superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Experience in working within multitasking environments will be a plus.Experienced in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change.
