Caprae Capital Partners is a family office investment platform that is tech-enabled. The platform is designed to change the lower middle market PE space. Led by founders / advisors who have grown businesses to 8 or 9-figure valuations with multiple exits along with serial tech entrepreneurs, Caprae invests across technology, finance, and media while building long-term, founder-focused businesses.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Associate who will take on a hybrid role at the intersection of content creation, marketing operations, and team leadership. This person will directly manage a team of interns and junior associates while also contributing hands‑on to content and marketing initiatives.

The Associate will be responsible for ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness across multiple marketing channels – from customized email outreach and newsletters to social media content, SEO efforts, and occasional PR or podcast initiatives. This is a foundational role for someone early in their career but ready to step into leadership , with the opportunity to grow into a more senior position as the company scales.

• Manage, train, and support a team across marketing and content functions.
• Create clear workflows, SOPs, and task guidelines to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Review team’s work for quality assurance, ensuring final output is professional and consistent.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and performance accountability.
