About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to oversee our SDR function and help drive top-of-funnel growth for our sales organization. You’ll lead a small but mighty team of SDRs focused on generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
You’ll be both a hands-on player and a coach setting strategy, refining processes, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team hits and exceeds pipeline goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 SDRs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets aligned with company goals.
- Refine outreach strategies and messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation and handoff processes.
- Analyze KPIs and develop reports to track SDR productivity and pipeline quality.
Continuously improve prospecting workflows, tools, and data hygiene.
Contribute to building a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, in the tech industry for Staff Augmentation / Software Development services for US companies.1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role (Team Lead, Senior SDR, or similar).Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and tools (HubSpot, Ampelmarket, buzz.ai , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Data-driven mindset and ability to manage by metrics.Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
