About HOKALI
We seek an energetic and responsible Semi Sr Recruiter to join our Operations Development team at HOKALI.
In this position, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the Operations process by recruiting our After School Program Educators across the US.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts, primarily for US-based roles , managing sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
- Proactively develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline / pool for Educators positions ensuring a ready supply of qualified candidates to meet future demands.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral and skills-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and safety / quality compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience , including initial outreach, interview scheduling, and a structured follow-up process throughout the onboarding phase.
- Ensure all candidate activity and hiring statuses are meticulously tracked and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, such as sports / enrichment academies or educational institutions .
- Collaborate closely with Program Coordinators / Operations to forecast hiring needs and develop joint strategies to ensure all programs are fully staffed with qualified Educators by target deadlines.
- Generate data-driven recruitment reports and metrics to provide the Operations and Leadership teams with insights for strategic planning.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the current recruiting and onboarding workflows, and proactively propose and implement process improvements to increase hiring speed and quality.
- Stay informed of US labor market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and industry compensation standards to maintain a competitive recruiting edge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Native / Advanced English fluency (written and verbal) is mandatory .Strong "Scraping" skills and mastery of creative sourcing techniques.Familiarity with ATS / CRM platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Workable, etc.) is a plus.Self-motivated, results-driven professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , with a keen eye for detail.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to optimize time management.Benefits
