We’re currently looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter , passionate about connecting talent with purpose, to join our Recruitment team and support our continued growth.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Manage  end-to-end recruitment processes : from sourcing and screening to extending final offers.
• Recruit primarily  coding instructors and sales representatives for our operations in Mexico and Spain.
• Conduct  competency-based interviews and assess both technical and soft skills.
• Use tools like  LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor to run efficient processes.
• Collaborate with  Hiring Managers across different time zones , proposing tailored sourcing strategies and process improvements.
• Track and report  key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, conversion rates, etc.).
• Contribute to  employer branding initiatives and suggest ideas to enhance candidate experience and internal recruitment processes.
• You’ll report directly to the Recruitment Lead, based in Spain.
