This person will work closely with the CEO to ensure the successful execution of the company’s vision and objectives while managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities : - Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making - Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities to maximize productivity and ensure the CEO’s time is used effectively - Coordinate and facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations involving the CEO and other key stakeholders - Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment across the organization - Identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing solutions to streamline processes and improve organizational effectiveness - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, fostering collaboration and communication - Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed, effectively communicating the company’s vision and priorities - Provide guidance and support to the CEO on a wide range of topics, including business operations, talent management, and external relations - Assist in the development and execution of the company’s growth strategies, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships - Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s governance and compliance frameworks - Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful completion Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - Over 7 years of experience in a senior-level role, such as chief of staff, executive management, or management consultant - Proven track record of working closely with C-level executives and driving strategic initiatives - Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning - Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, cryptocurrency, and the investment landscape is a plus - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Unwavering integrity, discretion, and commitment to the company’s mission and values If you are an experienced professional with a passion for driving organizational excellence and supporting visionary leaders, we encourage you to apply for the Chief of Staff to the CEO position at Unicorn Hunters.
