We’re looking for a high-performing, creative, and scrappy Content Assistant to power the founder-led content engine for a fast-growing media startup. You’ll work closely with the CEO to produce strategic, engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter / X —shaping the founder’s voice into a compelling public presence.
This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction. You’ll have access to tons of ideas, references, and voice notes—but execution, energy, and cultural fluency are on you. If you understand startup culture, speak fluent Gen Z / Millennial internet, and have strong design instincts , this is your shot.

✍️ Founder-Led Content & Publishing
Draft and publish short-form text posts, memes, and carousels in the founder’s voiceAdapt voice memos, interview clips, and insights into sharp content for LinkedIn / XRepurpose newsletter snippets into engaging short-form postsEdit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that feels native to the platform🎨 Light Design & Creative Support
Create on-brand visuals, quote cards, and carousels using Figma or CanvaCollaborate with the founder on content concepts, hooks, and experimentsWork with minimalist, modern design references; must have strong taste🔁 Performance & Optimization
