We’re hiring on behalf of Clearlink , a U.S.-based digital marketing and technology company that builds and manages high-performing brands across industries like home services, insurance, and telecommunications. Clearlink partners with major companies such as AT&T, Verizon, and Progressive, helping them connect with customers through data-driven digital experiences.
We’re looking for a Lead Web Analyst to own the implementation and governance of their digital analytics stack across brands. You’ll be the technical expert on GA4, GTM, TUNE / HasOffers, and Google Campaign Manager, ensuring accurate tracking, scalable setups, and reliable data flow for marketing and product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of Google Tag Manager(GTM), Google Campaign Manager (GCM), and TUNE / HasOffers implementations.
- Lead a small team of web analysts and help them succeed.
- Manage event tracking, enhanced ecommerce, measurement protocol, and cross-domain tracking.
- Configure and QA marketing pixels and custom events (Google Ads, Facebook, programmatic platforms, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues and data discrepancies.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and product teams to embed analytics requirements into launches and site updates.
- Maintain documentation and champion best practices in tag governance and data accuracy.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on digital analytics experience with expertise in GTM, GA4, GCM, and TUNE / HasOffers.Proven ability to debug and QA complex analytics implementations.Expert-level knowledge in the process of how data is passed between a website and data layers, as well as, experience engaging with data objects and arrays within the data layer.Expert-level understanding of digital media platforms (paid, social, e-mail) and metrics of digital success within marketing analytics (e.g. campaign attribution / effectiveness, web tracking, customer lifecycle marketing)Excellent collaboration and English communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.(Bonus) Experience with SQL / Python or cloud platforms like AWS.Benefits
