Overview : As an HR Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment,

onboarding, and talent management using AI-driven tools. You will work in a global

team, assisting in hiring for diverse markets. This role offers hands-on experience in

modern, tech-enabled HR practices

Responsibilities :

• Recruit and source candidates : Job boards, social media, headhunting
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and university portals.
• Screen resumes and applications
• Scheduling and conducting interviews for various positions
• Manage communication through emails and LinkedIn with applicants and follow

up with the candidates.

Requirements :
